Janot's t.p.s show "Auec priuilege .". (cf. t.p.s of their publications in Mortimer.) The same woodcuts were utilized by the widow's subsequent husband (E. Groulleau) in eds. of the 1550s. ; "Theatre" in the title has a diaeresis above the first e, and the text has been reset with larger type than that shown in Mortimer. Cf. plate 9 in Saunders. ; One of at least three undated Janot eds. to include a four year privilege statement (p. [2]) dated: le dernier iour de Ianuier, mil cing cents trente neuf (i.e. 1540).
